Summary: Sergio is the most fabulous host I have ever had. He is warm and helpful both before and during the stay. And the place is gorgeous. The view and location are stupendous. And the inside and outside space is so lovely and comfortable. This is one of the most special places I have ever stayed in.

Summary: Sergio went above and beyond as a host. Extremely informative and so so friendly. Was available anytime we messaged him with questions. His place was stunning. Very clean and very spacious. We loved the outdoor balcony where we spent most of.our timre. The views were breathtaking and we absolutely loved his place. I highly recommend any one visiting Sardinia to stay here. He was so kind to take us to breathtaking views on a mountain of the beautiful island of Sardinia upon departure. Thank you Sergio from Canada. We had a wonderful stay and thank you again for your kindness.

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sergio's beautiful villa in Costa Smeralda. To say Sergio is a super host is an under statement. He was so helpful in everything from restaurants, to what beaches to go to, to excursions he went so above and beyond it was truly humbling. And the villa is absolutely gorgeous. Over the Marinella bay with an incredible patio and view it was an excellent place to retreat to after long beach days. And the beaches of Costa Smeralda are all close distances we visited Capricioli, Lisciu Ruja, among others within 20 minutes. Also, close by is Olbia so lots to do there in the town if you're looking for more of a party. But overall I just can't recommend this place enough if I could give over 5 stars I would!

Summary: Our Family is my wife and 3 grown children. The home was just as the photos described and with amazing views of the Marinella gulf. The kitchen and accommodations were what we expected. If you cook in you may need some supplies. The location was quiet (which is what we wanted) but close to town for stores, restaurants etc. The best review I can provide is for our host, Sergio. His is a property owner/host and stayed nearby. He was very welcoming and immediately treated us as if we were family. He was exceptionally responsive for anything needed and gave us many recommendations on all things Sardinia. It was if we had a personal concierge. Marinella is close to many other north Sardinia sites including the town of Olbia, San Paolo, and Porto Cervo. I cannot say enough good things and you cannot go wrong with this home.

Summary: Quite possibly the most wonderful VRBO stay we’ve had! Our host, Sergio and his wife, did not leave any room for improvement. Everything was perfect. Not only was the house so beautiful and well equipped, Sergio made sure that we were welcomed with many amenities. The views from the patio were stunning. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.
