Positive: Great location. 2 minutes from tram stop, shops and the sea. Amazing view!!!! Very responsive host. Well equipped kitchen.

Negative: Arrival instruction booklet would be good for instructions on how things work, where bins located etc.

Positive: The view is everything!!! Everything is so clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfy especially the pillow. A/C in all the rooms, great bathtub and shower too. Very close to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. Not a single thing to complain about we had an excellent stay here. The host was so kind and easy to talk to/communicate.

Positive: Gorgeous two bedroom, two bathroom apartment right on the beachfront in Nice. Views were incredible, a skip across the road to the (very pebbly) beach. Easy to walk to restaurants, or hire Lime bike for a ride along Promenade Les Anglais, bus stops nearby, 2 supermarkets very close by. Well equipped apartment with some thoughtful touches - beach umbrellas (very grateful for those), scented candles, cold still and sparkling water, wine fridge, coffee pods, soft, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. Beds were comfy, second bed mattress a bit hard, but that’s just being picky. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area, very efficient, but hardly needed them due to ocean breeze. Full size tub was welcome to soak in, after 20k steps every day. Highly recommend this accommodation, we would definitely stay here again!

Negative: Trouble with WiFi password, but very prompt response from host sorted that quickly. Small issue with the flushing mechanism of one toilet on our second last day, but we had two toilets, so just used the other one. No cupboard in largest bedroom, but that’s just me being a princess, just used the cupboard in my dsughter’s room, so was no big issue, but might be for two couples.

Summary: Stunning views from gorgeous two bedroom beachfront apartment. Highly recommend it!

Positive: The view and location just couldn't be beat! Supermarkets within a block walk, restaurants along the water to walk to every night and easy access to the trains.

Negative: My only complaint was the bathrooms weren't the cleanest so I had to clean them again. But I am super particular and the average person may not have been bothered. This would not stop me from staying here again. The rest of the place was spotless. The staff was helpful and making sure we had a place to store our bags before and after checkout and we're very accommodating to our arrival and departure times

Summary: Def better than staying in a hotel... and centrally located with the most amazing views
