The first bedroom has a garden view balcony facing the
rear of the building, airconditioned, plenty of storage
space, parquet floors and a premium quality queen size
bed.
The second bedroom is huge (20m2). It has a sofa bed
and we can put a premium queen mattress on the floor
if you are 6 people. It leads to the sea front patio.
Air conditioned and small desk with a computer.
If you are only two people, we can prepare this room
as a dining room.

There are 2 identical bathrooms, the golden one and the silver one.
Both with toilets, bathtub, bidet.

The open plan living area, an angle leather sofa for 6 people at least and 2 armchairs and a glass coffee table. a 65" flatscreen TV a dining table + 6 chairs.
the patio doors lead you out onto the seafront facing balcony so you can benefit from a cool Mediterranean breeze. The balcony is a good size and has a sun lounger and table for four people.

Summary: We searched endlessly for weeks when we decided to visit Nice. We looked at hotels, apartments, aparthotels, here there and everywhere. There was not a stone unturned - or so we thought. We came across VRBO and found this apartment one morning and the rest - as they say - is history. This place goes above and beyond all expectations. The winning aspect has to be the beautiful balcony and the spectacular view across the Mediterranean. But the apartment itself is wonderful. It’s spacious, light and airy and it has very conceivable mod-con you could want or need. The beds were comfortable and the options for sleeping arrangements (we used both bedrooms) are great. We have enjoyed every minute of this holiday. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for providing such an awesome opportunity.

Summary: Working with Laure and her MIL Becky was a pleasure and they are very responsive. Check in went great. Communication was timely. The star of the show is the beautiful deck overlooking the water with an awning for shade in the morning. The airport was nearby so in addition to the beach you can people watch and plane watch. (Our friend was a pilot and just loved watching the planes) Large 4th floor apartment with garage included in the price if needed. Right next door is a nice convenience store with most supplies you will need. Two bedroom/two bath as advertised with washer and clothes hanger on small back deck area. Air conditioner works great. Nice quiet master bedroom area for sleeping. Great view of Nice. Perfect area for beach because it’s less crowded than some other beach areas. Easy bus access to wherever you want to go. Big television in comfortable living area. Some furniture and decorating updates would make this place even better but would definitely stay again.

Summary: My daughter and I loved staying at this magnificent apartment and it was the highlight of our trip to France. The view of the emerald Mediterranean Sea was spectacular. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy, and we especially loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The owners were so kind and thoughtful. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and the best gelato on the planet. We loved walking the promenade and exploring Old Town Nice. Nice is rich in history. We highly recommend this lovely apartmenf We loved Nice!❤️

Summary: Sometimes things just fall into place on a vacation and staying here sure fit that. From check in to checkout was so smooth. View, location to tram, cleanliness, everything stated worked out great. Will be staying again hopefully soon. From airport to apartment the tram is perfect, just get off at university stop walk thru garage and there. Great stay!!!!
