2 Bedroom House in Apache Wells, Mesa

Two bedroom, two bath home on Apache Wells golf course. Mountain views. Recently remodeled Kitchen and Living room area. Open concept. Back of home faces East on hole #11. 20 minutes from PHX International airport. During the Winter season we require a minimum 3 month stay between the dates of Dec1st - March 31st. We are not a management company and we take pride in making sure our home is clean and ready for the next guest. We own another property on a beach in Florida that we have been renting out for over 20 years, 15+ years on Vrbo. You can check it out at vrbo.com/101964.

Summary: John and Joy are excellent hosts. Here are a few highlights: nice patio with mountain and golf course views. Very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen facilities. Comfortable living room furniture with large TV. Carport. Easy access from hwy 202.
