Positive: I stayed recently just for a night. I was really impressed with how clean and well presented the room was. The bed was great and massive. Very quiet and peaceful location.

Negative: Nothing to really say that I didn't like. Maybe a hob of some sort would be helpful but it didn't effect me with my stay.

Positive: The location is stunning. Breath-taking views around the property with a quick access to Roaches, Luds Church and only 30-24 min car drive from other trails. Property is very well equipped, and if you do not feel like self catering, 20 min walking distance there is a nice local pub. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. it is a second year we visited Anroach. Stayed in Funky fox and Happy Hare rooms. If you wish a quiet stay, with no interruption, stunning views around you and easy access to other routes in Peak District I highly recommend this place.
