Positive: The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. It is in a good neighbourhood and it's pretty quiet. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The host is nice and friendly. There is a large supermarket nearby that is open 24/7, which is very convenient.

Positive: The apartment was very nice, clean, and cozy (it even had an elevator). The location was also great—many things were within walking distance. The host was very friendly, responded quickly, and was also very helpful. If I visit Palermo again, I would definitely stay in the apartment again.

Positive: The host was a pleasure and responded promptly to text messages. The apartment was spacious. The host recommend a restaurant where we had a nice dinner and we had a delicious lunch in the area near the Massimo Theater. We enjoyed seeing most of the historic sights in the center of Palermo. We only spent three nights in the area but the highlight for us was our visit to Monreale. Don’t miss it!

Negative: Although we always felt safe and the residents of Palermo are welcoming we found that the streets around the apartment and many other areas in Palermo were dirty. Many people do not clean up after their pets and trash pick up also seems to be an issue.

Summary: We enjoyed the history, food and residents of Palermo.

Positive: Nicely designed, comfortable and clean. Great location - close enough to the historical town centre - best location for shopping. Very new and good sized elevator.

Negative: For the vain amongst us it could do with extra mirrors. There is only one in bathroom. 🙂
