A peaceful 2 bedroom cottage in a rural hamlet, with private garden and parking for two cars. On the ground floor there is a light filled sitting room and dining area with patio doors opening out into the enclosed garden. There is a ground floor shower room, a double bedroom and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Stairs lead up to the second bedroom. This bedroom is in the eaves and has a single bed which is suitable for an adult or child. There is a single, trundle bed which can be pulled out from under the single bed and is ideally recommended for a child. Therefore the cottage can sleep three adults or two adults and up to two children.
The village of St. Buryan is a 5 minute walk along a pretty, rural footpath. The village has a well stocked shop, a pub with an open fire and meals, a farmers market and cafe and two churches.
