Positive: Highly recommend this place for families ! It is one of the cleanest and well provisioned cottages we have ever stayed in. They had everything we could need and more - felt like a home away from home.. Not to mention the generous welcome hamper! Big thank you to Allison and her family !

Positive: I have never visited a home that was so well equipped. Our host and left all the basics and a few extras including some delicious scones and clotted cream. What a treat. The double beds were very comfortable and the shower seemed to have constant hot water. The sitting room was large and the house was warm and welcoming.

Negative: Bedside tables with a lamps beside the bunk beds and the smaller double room.

Summary: The best rental house i have ever stayed in.

Positive: Everything was just perfect! Very welcoming and comfortable cottage, quiet location, 10-15 minutes away from Penzance and Lands End scenic cliffs and beaches. Perfect for families.

Negative: The Sykes cottages, who manages the bookings, is impossible to reach, no reply to my emails, a couple of over 40 minutes phone calls with no answer, no replies to booking.com messages either. If you have a question about the property - be prepared not to get an answer. The actual owner of the property on the other hand was extremely welcoming lady and will answer all your questions. Shame you can’t get her number until you actually arrive at the property. If I was her I would think twice before letting “Sykes cottages” to manage the property.
