Positive: This house was perfect for what we needed. There was supposed to be another couple with us but their plans changed. I loved the stove in the kitchen living area, also a separate living room ( we didn't use) it was clean on arrival. There is a shop with a deli right beside and we weren't too far from the main street of ballybofy you could walk it depending on the weather. Parking spaces around the back which was great as we travelled in two different cars.. Takeaways also deliver. I will recommend it to others and if needed I will definitely be booking again.

Negative: The house was freezing when we landed , and took a good hour to heat up, I had to go to the shop and get stuff for the fire. As I wouldn't have been able to stay in the house while the oil kicked in. (I do love a fire so it was nice to sit and chill with a class of wine)

Positive: The house was beautiful! Kinda boutique 💟 modern, chique. Warm, luxury. Every thing available... Restaurant across the road! Hotel next door... Takeaway 4mins... Although we went in winter, the comfort filled in.... Donegal beautiful! Of course people more beautiful.. 💜 Amy's Place and Jack's Place side by side, little private patios and quaint conservatory. 🌱🪻🌷🪻 Fabulous for any couple, group! Will definitely visit again and pass on the good word. Thank you Karen, kind host, till we catch up again... 💟Lorraine & Anber 🤲

Negative: It is on main Street, bit of traffic noise, but inside of house takes your mind off it, but extra layer of glazing would do trick on bedroom window 😉

Positive: Good location to explore. Parking for two cars. Whole house.

Negative: Host ignored request to fix leaky toilet and provide extra cutlery. Most uncomfortable beds and pillows ever experienced in all 3 rooms, left my 77 year old mother with back pain. Not enough towels or utensils for 5 people. There is no rear garden (as described) just a tiny patio. The front door and rear extension leaked in the heavy rain. Basically all the issues mentioned in previous reviews over the last two years. Seems the owner has just ignored the issues, spending as little as possible on the place.

Positive: We stay here often and it grate. It is only a 10 minute walk to the public pool and there are lots of bars and restaurants around.

Negative: The front of the house need better windows as you can hear the cars and people in the street all the time. But you can get a good night sleep in the back room. That is very quiet.
