Positive: I really enjoyed my stay in Amsterdam Central Guesthouse. I was kindly welcomed by Gani who showed me to my room: a charming room in the attic of an authentic Dutch house with lots of stairs. The central location of the guest house was very practical for visiting Amsterdam.

Positive: The location is unmatched. It has just 5-10 minutes walking distance from Central station and Dam square. The room is big enough for 2 people. Also, it was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. Last but not least, Gani was very friendly and helpful. Me and my friend want to thank him again.

Negative: The stairs are very steep but you get used to it after one day.

Positive: A lovely historical building on the edge of the red light district. That means very steep narrow staircase, low ceilings and sloping floors, not for everyone but i loved it! A comfortable bed and compact en-suite, all very clean. You have use of a communal dining area for making drinks or heating takeaways. And the host is wonderful too, very pleasant and helpful

Negative: Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

Negative: While the property is nice, it could do with a little updating. The decor is a little tired in places eg stairways which was off putting when we arrived.
