Positive: It was hot. Hot while we were there but the AC did a decent job cooling the room and we requested a fan and they were able to find one and put on room. The Irish young man in the bar/pool was great and funny! The shower! And the outdoor pool! Weren't able to "book" inside spa was always full. Daughter did like the gym.

Negative: Don't love the "cosy"room looking at a mirrored atrium into other rooms. When lights were on - it was still pretty dark. Wish the towels were a little better, never received face towels after the first day. Breakfast was too expensive.

Positive: After arriving on an overnight flight from Canada, we were so happy that our room was ready (we had asked prior to our arrival). Room was great, our room had a large floor to ceiling window with different window shade options so when we needed a quick nap for jetlag we didn't have to completely blackout the room. The layout was beautiful and roomy for a European room. Bed was very comfy. The location was perfect for us and we easily walked to all areas of the City we wanted to explore. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but we had a fabulous dinner at Mr. Porter restaurant enjoying a gorgeous rooftop view of the City and a fabulous dinner. Staff from the front desk to room personnel were all so friendly and we would return to the hotel in a heartbeat.
