Positive: Newly decorated apartment, well equipped. Nice and cozy! Good location. 6-8mins walk to the sea, lots of restaurants within walking distance. In quiet neighborhood. We will book again when we come back to Nice.

Negative: The only small issue is the reception girl is not very responsive to messages. But that doesn’t affect the good value of a nice apartment!

Positive: Check in and out process was easy. Laura was very attentive. The beach, grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants are within 5-7 minute walk. The unit is chic, clean and very quiet. There is an elevator which is helpful to transport luggage. The unit is on the first floor so we used stairs the entire stay. We appreciate the availability of washing machine, hanging rack and all paper products. Good Wi-Fi speed.

Negative: Water pressure in the shower is unpredictable. Sometimes the water pressure is great, other times it's disappointing.
