Summary: The estate is beautiful. It is close proximity to the town and the grounds are well maintained. The property manager was very professional and easy to contact. However, the air conditioning in the house is extremely poor. We were unable to sleep in 3 of the 6 bedrooms. The property manager contacted the owner on several occasions, but it was clear the owner had no intention of performing repairs. They told us a technician would be stopping by on 2 occasions, but no one showed up. From what I could see there was one AC unit for the entire house and it probably couldn't keep up. The top floor was 29C* (84F*) and the middle floor was 26C* (78F*). This will be the last time I book a stay that has no reviews.
