Positive: Just back from a week in villa Emerald and would highly recommend it. From the moment we booked it we were in contact with Edwardo who was such good help with assisting us with airport transfers and booking boat trips. Fredrico met us on arrival and went through everything about the house as well as recommendations about restaurants and things to do. On our last day he even met us in sorrento with all our cases to meet our taxi. This saved us so much time. The house itself is beautiful and very spacious for 10 people. The gardens are beautiful with lots of space to relax. Lots of local shops and restaurants 2 mins walk from house. Bus stop is less than 5 mins walk and takes you to Sorrento bus station, journey takes 30 mins approx and costs €1.50. Over all we had a super week in Villa Emerald.

Positive: Villa emerald was perfect in every way and exceeded all our expectations. The photos are gorgeous but wow it’s even better and bigger seeing it in person. Perfect holiday home in Sant Agata,, exceptionally clean and amazing location. Close enough to visit and explore the different places on the amalfi coast but set in a quiet village with plenty of very good restaurants and shops which were literally 2mins walk away. Bus stop was also 2mins walk. There is a safe and security cameras outside but it is in an area that is generally safe and we honestly felt very comfortable and safe. There is space for a car but we did not hire one. We still easily got round and went to amalfi, positano, capri and pompeii. Fredrico stayed late to sort check in with us, showed us round and stayed in touch with us with recommendations on places to eat and answered any other questions we had very quickly. Loved learning the history of this family home. Eduardo arranged excursions and airport transfers for us, again communication was fantastic. We literally had the most amazing time and was very sad to leave. We hope to return on day. Nothing was too much trouble, the best hosts ever.

Positive: The Villa was beautiful and the hosts were so so helpful . Nothing seemed to be a bother to them and when I messaged with any questions such as restaurant recommendations etc , Federico responded very quickly. The location was great and we felt so safe in the town. The locals also seemed really friendly .

Negative: Nothing . Loved everything.

Summary: Amazing memories made in a beautiful place with excellent hosts .

Positive: When I am thinking about it now, I believe I have never been in better place during my vacations in Europe and trust me I traveled a lot. Starting from the host – Federico, who is great, kind, polite and very flexible in case of check in & out. He gave us useful tips about Campania and places where we should go. Moreover, he is always reachable on mobile or whatsapp. There were no issues when we asked him to wait for us until 9-10 PM to get a keys. Villa itself is a real diamond here, it contains 2 houses, 1 major with 2 floors, several bedrooms and bathrooms, huge and equipped kitchen downstairs, outstanding living room and all of that designed in real Italian style. Second house, kind of the guest house, is pretty much the same, plus there is a washing machine, which is for sure useful when you stay for week or 2. Both houses can easily accommodate 8-10 people. Outside you can find a swimming pool (not too big but it worked for us), pizza oven, decent grill and also an outdoor gym! Besides that, garden with oranges, plenty of green plants and sunbeds, tables, chairs and so on. Entire place is huge, grass planted everywhere, quiet and peaceful. In space of 5 min by walk you can find few groceries, restaurants with outstanding food, fish markets, bakery, church. Village is a typical southern Italian, where no one is on rush, people are relaxed and chilled. My advise, rent a car, however buses should do as well. I strongly recommend you to visit this place, make your own pizza, visit Campania region and relax
