Positive: Basic Filipino breakfast with limited choice.

Negative: Very poor maintenance of the site. Access road was extremely bad. A lot of building materials laying around as well as other junk.

Summary: The location was convenient for us and the pool was nice but cloudy.

Positive: Well it was quiet as there were no other guests. But somehow it felt eerie you can hear your own echo in all corners. Good breakfast.

Negative: We travelled far only to be told we were not expected. So no place made ready for us. It appears they have issue with their booking system or they just don't regularly check the system to see what's coming up. They have however over a thousand guests due to leave that day that they probably overlooked our booking. It was not a nice welcome. However they rectified the issue, made us wait in one of their cabanas. The area was so busy with so many students. Trash all over the ground, amenities and beach which were cleaned up as soon as they left. Their A huts are all messy!
