Positive: good kitchen, good service, everything we needed help with was addressed by the caregiver. she found laundry service, and made our stay enjoyable.

Negative: booking com double bill my bank card. insisting for my bank statement, which is at the end of September. the held my funds since September 14th, 2024. still not refunded 11,827.27.
