Negative: Plastic cover on dining table brought down the feel of the apartment - it looked tacky Insufficient toilet paper and no spare roles Only two measly instant coffee sachets provided & no milk Beds had to be remade before could be slept in as not made professionally Childs finger marks along glass door to balcony The hots uses 'AirKeeper' who overcomplicate the process and are difficult to communicate with A note from AirKeeper on our second night asked us to empty the rubbish and bring the bins out! - one does not pay premium pricing to do housekeeping.

Negative: It took nearly three hours for us to get into the apartment. The fob on the key chain did not work on the front door or the lift and it took that long to provide us with a keycard.

Negative: The afternoon sun can make the unit uncomfortable, need to use the AC. There were spider webs (and a number of spiders) on the northern facing window that we cleared.
