Positive: The location of this apartment is perfect. So central and easy to walk to lots of Canberra's best attractions. The cafe, Maple and Clove, is on the doorstep and serves fabulous coffee, breakfast and lunch. The parking is secure and very convenient. The apartment is very well equipped. The washer/dryer is a bonus. There is a lovely little courtyard with comfy outdoor chairs - perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon drink. Great restaurants close by also. Easy walking distance to Kingston Foreshore and Manuka. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Negative: I wouldn’t change a thing.

Positive: Everything - the apartment is fabulous and in the best location. Our host was exceptional to communicate with. The apartment is very well appointed in every way. A full kitchen with dishwasher. The laundry with washer/dryer is such a bonus. Easy, secure parking. Wonderful cafe - Maple and Grove - 1 minutes walk away for delicious coffee and food. We couldn't ask for more.

Positive: Great value for money with thoughtful amenities, snacks, and water provided. However, the bedroom aircon didn’t work properly, making it uncomfortably warm, while other areas of the apartment were freezing. Also, a noisy neighbour played loud music all day, preventing us from opening the bedroom window to cool down.
