The caretaker is on a RV Trailer right next to the house and guest don't have any access to this side of the property and caretaker has no access to the house or any area of the primary residence either. We have a huge 1 acre lot.

-NOTE: The maximum number guests allowed is 12 people. Guests #11 and #12 will have an extra fee of $40 per person/per night (including any individuals who do not stay in the house). We are currently doing a small remodel outside of the house and a few things inside the house but our contractor will stop everything on every stay and won't affect your stay at all. We do have some boxes and paint inside the garage but there's lots of parking right in front of our main door (there's parking for up to 12 cars on our concrete circle and another 6 cara right outside the property. We have an acre lot...it's a huge residence.

Summary: Stay was great and manager was responsive with a couple things came up during stay (battery in smoke alarm, etc). Would recommend due to pool and great outdoor space. Interior was spacious and clean.

Summary: Great communication with property manager. The issue was the listing says it’s a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home and it’s actually a 4 bedroom, 3.5 home. It’s lists 4 showers and that’s not the case. We were 4 couples and expecting not to share. Otherwise, the pool area was great. Nice kitchen for a group to cook in. Location was convenient for baseball

Summary: Everything about the property was great and Ivan and his people were great! We had a group of guys out for a golf trip, we were very close to good golf courses, Westgate was 10 mins away. I personally prefer the stand alone hot tub which they had. It's nice to go on vacation and stay somewhere that is relaxing and clean and spacious.

Summary: The house was spacious, the backyard was beautiful, and it’s definitely perfect for a Phoenix summer! The description of the caretakers on property was buried in the bullet point about not allowing parties. Our fault for glazing over, thinking it didn’t apply to us due to not planning for any parties or extra guests. The caretaker area is not as secluded as the description leads you to believe. It is blocked off in the backyard by a makeshift wall of black mesh, right outside the master bedroom (the windows in the master had to stay shut due to this) and by the outdoor bbq. We were very thrown off when we saw a truck parked in the driveway that was not there when we left. I reached out to the owner at 11pm to clarify who it belonged to and he responded immediately. The caretakers never disturbed us during our stay and if we weren’t a group of moms with young daughters (and no blinds/curtains in the front or back half of the house), it might have felt less invasive, but I feel this needs clarifying as the listing description is deceptive. AC wasn’t on at all before check in. The house was 84 degrees when we anrrived and it took all night for the bedrooms on the other side of the house to cool down. We had to request to unlock the thermostat perimeters to get it cool enough. Besides these two things the house is great! The rec room with the games was used by the kids and was a great option for having fun inside. The backyard was wonderful! Communication was always fast!

Summary: The pictures don’t do this place justice!!!! It is a beautiful home with all the bells and whistles! Ivan (the owner) was super attentive and friendly. The backyard is huge and the pool is amazing!!!! We barely had to go anywhere because this property is like your own personal resort with privacy. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a safe, luxurious place with plenty of amenities!!! Will stay here again when I return for visits!!! Thanks Ivan for being such a great host, you have a beautiful property!

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and giant yard. We found the location very convenient for shopping and it is also close to the baseball stadium and Wildlife park. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that felt very safe.
