This is the perfect house for a beach vacation. It is located just 1 block from the beach. Watch beautiful sunsets and dolphins playing at the sandy white beach. There is a grill in your own private back yard. The house is completely remodeled with all high end finishes. Only 10 minutes to Johns Pass. It is about a 25 minute ride to either Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach on the Trolley that is just down the street. A beautiful park right down the street for the kids to play. There is always events going on nearby from The Wine Fest, Havana Nights, Farmers Market, Fire works , Fishing tournaments just to mention a few. There is also bikes available.This is a nice quiet area away from all the chaos but still close enough to enjoy it all.

Summary: The place was perfect for a beach vacation. It is just one block away from Gulf Boulevard, which has lots of restaurants and bars and a block or so to the entrance of the beach. The place was clean and comfortable to stay in.
