Positive: Everything! Very Private. So many good things! Private pool, hot tub & beach access. The view, the decks, the sunsets, the sand.

Negative: Could have used a few more baking/ cooking dishes and/or leftover containers.

Summary: This property was perfect for our 3 children and our grandchildren. Slept 13 comfortably.

Positive: The house was perfect, everything was exactly as described. The location was exceptional. The beach was very quiet.

Negative: There was some seaweed but not excessive. Some days were heavy, and then it cleared out the next.

Positive: Beautiful spot on Redington Beach just steps away from the beach. Three bedroom, three bath properties are hard to find on the beach and this was a very nice property with gorgeous sunset views.

Negative: No propane for the grill and the property manager said they used to supply it but people would either steal the tanks or leave it on. It doesn't make sense to have the grill but not supply the propane. Where are we as travelers supposed to get the propane? Seems easy enough....manager check the property on checkout and if the tank is missing or empty, keep some of the damage deposit. Or give the renter access to the garage and put it in the garage or add a storage shed for renter access.

Summary: Nice stay except for the issue with the propane for the grill.
