Summary: They had a great tray of Filipino breakfast to my room every morning. Lore was the most courteous & professional Front Desk person. The room was quiet & A/C was cool & shower water was hot!

Summary: This was just a one night stay at this resort, but I wish we had stayed longer. First off, the staff we encountered from the front desk, to the security officer, to the pool guy - everyone was very friendly and welcoming, even when we literally got the manager out of bed early to check out and obtain a taxi. (Again, my apologies and thank you so much for helping!). Our room was simple, but spotless, quiet and cozy. Everything worked. Nice pool and very tranquil setting. This property seems equally suited to a romantic getaway and a business conference. I hope to return some day. Highly recommend :)

Summary: Very nice hotel; a little remote though. It takes some time to get to Cebu city. There is plenty to do at the hotel; it has a nice restaurant and bar, the grounds are lush and beautiful. Front desk staff was outstanding, Housekeeping staff was great I would stay at the Cebu Resort again, but would first decide what I wanted to do. If you want a place to relax that has all the amenities you need, it's a great place. If you want to go into Cebu City to shop or dine more than one time, it would be good to consider a different location.

Summary: its always a pleasure staying at the alta , from the arrival when you are greeted with a complimentary drink and friendly staff to when you leave , it really is a fantastic place , not far from mactan airport , with swimming pools , lovely rooms and very nice food , if i had to find something to complain about it would be the price of the food , as having eaten in other hotels and restaurants i find that alta is a bit too pricey ! still there are other places to eat and it is the only fault i could possibly find ! to finish i would say just go there and enjoy !
