Summary: World-Class Staff and Service: This is consistently the most highly rated aspect of the resort. Guests frequently compliment the staff for being fast, friendly, smiling, very accommodating, and providing exceptional service throughout their stay. Unmatched Pool and Water Facilities: The resort boasts multiple pools, including beautiful infinity pools and dedicated children's areas. The Aquaplay water park, slides, and shallow pools (many around 4 ft deep) make it a paradise for families and children. The resort is generally considered safe and fun for kids. Excellent Dining Options: The buffet breakfast and dinner receive high praise for variety and quality. Guests describe the food, especially the breakfast spread, as superb, offering a wide array of Filipino and Western dishes. Summary: Overall it was okay. Pool areas nice, even some under reconstruction. But that was mentioned on Homepage. Staff friendly as usual. However, mid-Management needs to gear up. Plenty of small issues all ocer, which should not occur in a Hotel as this. It would be easy to fix - teach personnel is fine, bonding of staff event is fine, but when you twach = you have to supervise and control! But overall a good relaxing stay.

Summary: We had a great stay at Solea! The room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the beautiful view. The food was also really good, which made our experience even more enjoyable. However, the only downside was that the morning after our first night, we noticed a lot of water dripping from the air conditioner, so much that it became quite inconvenient. Hopefully this can be fixed soon, as everything else about our stay was wonderful.

Summary: The amenities were so nice and the pool was so huge kids can really enjoy it! Their food buffet was also really good! Room a bit pricey they charge additional for my 4th kid coz he is 15. Excellent staff so helpful! The only cons is that the room was not properly clean, the hair dryer is not working at all and the AC is leaking water to the floor.

Summary: Having many pools for the kids were awesome. Our room toilet bidet gun had no holster, so it hung on the floor inconveniently. The concierge desk got me a taxi that did not use a meter and overcharged me for a ride to the airport. I had to contact MCIAA to complain.

Summary: A lot of options in terms of what to do in the property. They have multiple pools and an inflatable obstacle course. The beach area is well maintained and they have a decent size beach front compared to other resorts in the area. The buffet is great they have good selections of food ranging from Filipino , Korean, American food etc… The room price is very competitive if not one of the most affordable in the area.
