Summary: This property looked excellent online but the reality is that it has not been looked after for some time. There are no alpacas, the shared spaces were not explained on arrival, and the general condition was untidy and unkempt. There are no facilities in the rooms and it was not explained that there was a kitchen and shared fridge etc on arrival. The door to the shared space of our unit could not be locked. You can see that the property was once lovely but it needs some serious work. The staff seemed nice enough but one was smoking in the shared outdoor area for the entirety of our stay which was unpleasant. We had to close all the doors and windows as our children were complaining about the smell.
