Positive: This was probably the best property that we have stayed in during our visit to New Zealand. Everything was as near perfect as it could be and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Deb and Don . We will certainly book in again should our travels find us in this area in the future.

Positive: It was so peaceful and serene - waking up to birds singing every morning made for a restful experience. The surrounding views and landscape are beautiful! And the hosts are the sweetest, most wonderful people! We loved our stay here!

Negative: The wifi would occasionally disconnect, or had trouble connecting, if we were in the living room/dining room area, but worked well in the bedrooms.

Positive: Everything. The place was sparkly clean and well-presented. Don and Debby made our stay even more lovely. It has a beautiful view and seems isolated, but everything you need is within a 10-minute drive. We loved every part of our stay!

Negative: Nothing really. One of the beds was softer than the other, so we had to move rooms after one night of sleep, as my husband gets back pain on the softer bed.

Positive: The property is secluded and rural with beautiful view of the river but still a short distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. The house is clean and spacious with comfortable rooms and is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. Our friendly and helpful hosts, Don and Debbie who love and looks after their property very well. They are very kind and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
