Summary: Absolutely cracking hotel in the heart of Ginza. Really well located close to the subway and within walking distance of the main shopping street and loads of bars and restaurants. Our room was small but well kitted out with facilities. The shower was fab and we were able to borrow an iron from reception to do some last minute ironing. The fitness room was perfect and the roof top bar great for a late night cocktail.

Summary: Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Compared to Tokyo hotels, concierge services are very comprehensive. Location is exceptional. Rooms are in great condition, comfortable and always clean due to excellent cleaning service.

Summary: Perfect position coming from tokyo station and taking the Haneda Line. Ginza area is also so vibrant and fun even just to wander around

Summary: Pros: Hotel was nice, modern and clean. Location was great and near Ginza's shopping streets. Great shower pressure. Very helpful stuff. Cons: Rooms seemed a bit small, even the 27sq.m. we got was barely ok for 2 people. Biggest disappointment is the sounds you hear from the subway when you are at a lower floor. Even though I have requested a higher floor, i was given a 4th floor room that you could hear the noise from the subway frequently.
