Positive: This is a great location. Alex is a very friendly host who is hospitable towards your needs. He greeted me at the front on my first day, and checking in and out of the facility was quick and easy. Alex provided his contact in case you need to reach him during your stay. This place is essentially a 2 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchenette. The 2nd bedroom was occupied by a few different groups of people during my stay. I had my own private bedroom with space for my clothes, and a small table. The room comes with a safe to lock up your personal items as well. I was also given a large towel, hand towel and slippers in a plastic package. The room includes an extra blanket if needed, and air conditioning which was crucial during the hot summer time during my stay in Rome. Halfway through my stay, Alex notified me that he had a cleaning person come into my room and give it a once over which was sorely needed after a few days of me staying there. The kitchenette includes some small food items including bread, toast, yogurt, tea and coffee in case you have a quick morning. There is a sink, plates, cups, utensils and napkins. On my first day, I went to a grocery store nearby to pick up food to have, and was able to store it in the refrigerator no problem for when I wanted some snacks. No issues with water pressure or heat in bathroom. The area around the location is bustling during the day as it is located nearby to Termini as well as Santa Maria Maggiore. It's central location is a boon to anyone who is looking to get around the city quickly during their trip. There are shops, restaurants, cafes, and laundromats all within a short walking distance. One major plus which surprised me was how quiet the street became during the night, the bustling city atmosphere seemed to completely shut down around 10pm. Overall a great place for anyone looking for a little bit of everything at a reasonable price during their stay in Rome.

Negative: The only bad thing was that I left my soap in the shower one time, and when I went back it was gone. I think it had been disposed of by the staff when cleaning the bathroom.
