Positive: The apartment was well equipped .With everything necessary.

Negative: The mattress was not comfortable.It needs to be changed.The parking lot was available in the neighbourhood but not in private parking area which belong to the building. .

Positive: Convenient location, close to metro station Beli Dunav, close to supermarkets and restaurants. The studio is situated in a new clean and tidy building. Possible to park outside the building.

Negative: Too small. It is not a 1-bedroom apartment, but a tiny studio. The photos and the name in Booking are misleading. There is no terrace (balcony), no sofa, as there is no space. Convenient for one person, not comfortable for two.

Positive: Alis Savana was a great Apartment! I stayed for 16 nights, and it had almost all I needed for my stay. You mostly pay for the location with this apartment, it is 5 minutes away from the metro station, 2 minutes from a supermarket and has a restaurant and store downstairs. It is based in a quiet location too, with modern amenities. It is an incredibly small apartment, but unless you intend to stay in it for long each day, it has enough - a bed, shower and kitchen. The AC, WiFi and other facilities (washing machine, oven, stove-top) worked perfectly (though you do need to bring your own detergent for the washing machine - there was plenty of soap and washing-up liquid, alongside cleaning supplies) There were two of everything in regards to bedding, towels and pillows, so you could rotate them on longer stays. The apartment was clean, smelt nice and was generally comfortable and well stocked, barring the cutlery.

Negative: The TV was a pain to use, and the fridge didn't keep food fresh for long. There was a lack of drying space in the apartment, with only a vertical radiator in the wet room to dry your clothes, which was enough for a few shirts at a time - this was okay however, as the fan in the wet-room made for quick drying. The kitchen cabinets were also incredibly high, and impossible to reach without something to step up on - they had more wine glasses than butter knives, which was mildly frustrating, and only a massive pot and pan that made cooking small meals senseless. On the windiest days, you could feel a breeze through the window even when closed, which did mean it got quite cold at night. The balcony was small, and did not have a mountain view as advertised.

Summary: I highly recommend for any solo travellers - great location, good price, decent amenities.

Positive: Everything looks like it is new and there are no damaged things at least I haven't noticed.

Negative: It's a really small appartment. Basically there is not much space left. Parking the car could be very challenging in this area and it is very noisy from outside cars, people and etc. It wasn't warm at night even that the appartment orientation is south and I put the air conditioning on 28°C.
