Positive: Absolutely lively place and will come back to the same hotel again and again. Staff friendly and helpful, restaurant food was amazing, hotel was lovely decorated in old traditional bulgarian style and very clean. Lovely place.

Negative: The rooms look a bit worn, and the bed linen had stains. The towels weren’t white, so it was hard to tell how clean they were — we used our own towels. The shower is very close to the toilet, and since there’s no partition, the toilet is always wet after showering.
