Positive: The host Ali must be the key to my enjoyment for the stay in Sheki. I booked him to pick me up in train stations in sheki in the morning, he is punctual and the price is reasonable. He show me the surroundings about his house to make sure I know the road to back to his house. As there are guest in the room so we can’t check in earlier, he let us use his own toilet and also bring us to restaurant to eat breakfast. The room is really big and comfortable and it also located in a very quiet location. The breakfast we ate in next morning is the best in my 3 weeks trip. I like the tomato egg hot dish very much! My wife get some cold. When we ask where we can buy the medicine, Ali give some medicine during the breakfast. He also drive us to buy some medicine when we are heading to Georgia border by his car. Yup we booked his car again to the border, we think the price is also reasonable! Anyway, I always like to find some good host to stay with during the travelling. Human touch is usually the unforgettable experience during the trip. Thank you Ali

Positive: Staying at Ali ancient felt like home. We felt safe and looked after and made to feel so welcome. The owner went above and beyond and even collected us from the bus station and was happy to drive us to places we needed to go. The breakfast was incredible. A very kind and caring couple - they made our time in Sheki so special.

Positive: This place feels like a homestay but with all the comforts. Ali and his family do their best to make you feel at home. The room is nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is in a quiet alley close to the centre. I asked if they could cook vegetarian dinner and it was delicious.

Positive: I did not prepare for the welcome and hospitality of Ali's family. I felt like I was at home while I stayed here. The breakfast was perfect, even though I could not eat it all. Ali's house is an ancient house in the downtown of Sheki. The house is more like a homestay than a hotel, but I got everything I needed while I stayed. Language is not even a barrier to the friendly and hospitality of Ali's family. It is a little bit cold in winter but all rooms are heated.

Negative: The bathroom is a little bit small, even though I am a short guy.
