Summary: Spacious flat atop a hill overlooking Donostia. We enjoyed the view! Donostia is a very walkable city. We were able to walk to anywhere in old town or Gros in 30 minutes or less. (Just be aware that the walk back up is uphill) We were all in fairly good shape and did not find it uncomfortable. That said, having an attached garage was also really helpful. We used a rental car for a few day trips.(parking in Donostia can be pretty tight) Beatriz was easy to work with and accomodated our group well. I would love to return again.

Summary: The house was great for our group of friends that were travelling together. It was a 15 minute walk (albeit uphill!) from the central bus station and about 20 minutes to the old town. The house was clean and had great outdoor spaces for morning coffee and meals. Beatriz was very responsive to any questions we had.

Summary: Fourth lovely stay in this amazing property. Well equipped, stunning position, flexible and responsive hostess, we just love being in San Sebastián and this house is perfect with the accommodation, terraces front and back, the views plus having three bathrooms and a garage. Couldn’t ask for more.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The location and views are great. The accommodations are very comfortable it was super convenient to have the garage for parking so that we could take day trips to Bilboa and other other nearby towns. We hope to have the chance to stay again soon.

Summary: We had a great time at the property. It has wonderful views and is very comfortable and relaxing. Beatriz, the property manager was very responsive to our questions and provided some nice fruit and snacks upon arrival. The unit is on a hill overlooking the old part of the city and the walk to Old town was enjoyable. We would recommend it to fellow travelers.

Summary: This is our third stay at this lovely house with its incredible views and great facilities. You can tell, we like it. It has all we wanted, including front and rear terrace, garage parking, well-equipped kitchen and just lovely living space and comfortable beds. Beatriz was always helpful. The location is great. There is no denying that it's a tiring climb back up the 120 steps from the town, but how else do you get such views? It really is no trouble at all walking into town and both beaches from the house. On a beautiful day our party walked from the house over to Monte Ulia and along the cliff-top path to Pasiac, lunch there, and then walked back to San Sebastian to La Concha for a swim, and then home. Great for fitness! Its not cheap - but top quality generally isn't!
