Summary: The location was awesome. It was immediately right outside the ferry station of lenno, as soon as you get our of the ferry. View from the front of the hotel was great. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was clean. They provide 3 things in the minibar that is included in the price. A coke, a water can and carbonated water can. Its once for the stay. The breakfast was better than average. They had fresh squeezed orange juice (they actually had a machine right there). Nice fruits and breads etc. Coffee on order but included. The staff was very helpful. The gentleman at the reception remembered that I inquired about the ferry to go back and informed me early that it had been canceled and what my other options were. Hee was very nice and helpful

Summary: Fantastic hotel right on the water near the ferry. Beautiful and quiet little harbor away from the busy road. Quiet and comfortable attic room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had a great dinner at the restaurant and the breakfasts may have been the best ever for an included meal. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend!👍

Summary: Wonderful property on a less popular town on Lake Como. The hotel is opposite of a ferry stop. Lenno is frequented by tourists coming to see Villa Del Balbianello. Without a car, the town is accessible by bus from train station and that is somewhat inconvenient, especially if carrying large luggage. Hotel has a nice restaurant and a pool. Air conditioning is centrally controlled so that could be a problem if the room is hot and the A/C is not operational. Other than that, highly recommended.

Summary: Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!
