Positive: The view was awesome and the kitchen was well equipped. Seating was comfortable inside and out. Easy walking to supermarket and village centre. Quiet location and good parking

Negative: Limited sockets in kitchen area. You could only have two appliances plugged in at a time.

Summary: We had a lovely time and the rainy day didn’t spoil our stay.

Positive: A fabulous place to stay in Como. Ingrid is a kind and thoughtful host and we very much appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so comfortable. I'm so glad that we picked this location, away from the tourist hustle of places like Bellaggio. When the villa is closed Lleno is a lovely peaceful place to be explored and enjoyed. The apartment was a convenient distance for walking into town. It is clean and well equipped and the neighbourhood is quiet. The views from the balcony and the master bedroom are stunning. We have taken away some wonderful memories; thank you Ingrid.

Positive: A wonderful apartment to relax in and enjoy Lake Como. The views from the balcony are as beautiful as the photos. The apartment is spotless, very well equipped, has comfortable beds, nice furniture, lots of cooking utensils, etc. The owner, Ingrid, is very thoughtful about providing everything necessary for an enjoyable vacation. The apartment occupies the entire second floor of the house, and is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the exhaust fumes and noise of the main street. It is just an easy 10 minute walk to the shops, grocery stores, and ferry terminal. The welcome presents in the fridge were very appreciated and we had an absolutely fabulous 9 day holiday. Thank you, Ingrid! We very, very highly recommend this exceptional place to stay!

Negative: Nothing....we also really appreciated the large overhang above the balcony when it rained.

Summary: Everything was wonderful. The location was especially great for going on hikes.

Positive: Love the view from the big balcony. Good kitchen facilities. Cosy, homely feel. Quiet area. Good location : 10 mins walk to an excellent Sigma supermarket. 15 mins walk to ferry. 30 mins to Villa Balbianello. C10 bus route - Villa Carlotta & Como (panoramic route). Excellent friendly host.

Negative: Be aware that there are stairs to the flat. We loved the property!

Positive: You could not fault this apartment. Little treats were left for us and in the owners absence her niece checked us in. Great young girl. An added bonus was a nearby restaurant which was wonderful. 450 meter walk. Would have to be one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in. Name is Ristoranti Pizzeria II Cris

Positive: Just spent a fabulous week at Ingrids place. The photos don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds, well equipped throughout. The location is perfect, an easy walk from a couple of good supermarkets and bars or to the restaurants and ferry port on Lenno lake front. Ingrid and her sister are charming and so helpful, responding to queries immediately. Finally...the view...wow! Many an hour just sitting soaking up that vista, bliss!
