Summary: Clean slept good only thing was wrong was checking in had a line and waited for about 1/2 hour to 35 minutes to check in other then that it was ok I think you guys can have a better shower head the one in the room is so small

Summary: Very clean, great location. The only thing is I booked an ocean view room, I get to the room and it’s a city view. When I spoke with front desk they told me they don’t offer ocean view. I showed him my reservation and he said “I don’t know what to tell you, we don’t have ocean view.”

Summary: Good shopping. Easy walking. We got a partial ocean view after they tried to give us a no view room. The room was clean and the housekeeping was very consistent and thorough. The check-in process was less than ideal. We had to wait a long time for the room and they gave us one with no view. The key card kept on locking up for no reason so we had to go down to get them re-keyed.

Summary: Convenient location near the shopping center and it was convenient having the hair salon on the second floor and a Starbucks in the lobby. But I think for the cost of the resort fee, the amenities could be better, the steam room was broken and there was a big cockroach in the sauna! The parking lot underneath the building is a bit of a mess too! There should be more water filter stations throughout the hotel. Renovated rooms were good overall.
