Negative: When checking out the front desk lady looked frustrated with me and forgot to give me a checkout receipt until I reminded her.

Positive: Location is convenient — yet outside of Waikiki— and hotel has lots of great amenities (including a Starbucks!). Room was large with refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen supplies.

Negative: Expensive resort & parking fees. Only big problem, however, during stay was dealing with Zelloo (condo management comp), who grossly mismanaged extension of my stay.

Positive: Clean room, comfortable, great location and price. The hotel is right beside the mall, walking distance, very convenient. I paid $150 to park on the mall lot, very convenient😄, just make sure you cancel the subscription 😔. The view was ok. Nice pool and weight room , just no time to enjoy them. I would stay there again. Probably will be back before December.

Negative: The AC unit didn't work, but the weather was very pleasant so it really didn't matter much. I never walked, stood or sat out on the balcony, didn't really trust its structure, I'm not afraid of heights.

Summary: Came to see Hawaii, a decent room for the money.
