Positive: I really liked the interior design in the common areas — it’s stylish and comfortable, except for the lobby bar. The food in the main restaurant was absolutely delicious; I don’t know how they do it, but every dish was just so good! The staff at the bars and restaurants were friendly, professional and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Also the guest relations helped in many situations.

Negative: Unfortunately, the rooms were quite disappointing. They are small and dark, with low ceilings and clearly in need of renovation, especially in the bathroom area. Even worse, one morning a staff member entered our room while we were sleeping, apparently to refill the minibar — which was completely unacceptable. In one of the rooms, we even found huge cockroaches. While the hotel did move us to a different room after we complained, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. We also had difficulties printing our boarding passes — the process was handled poorly and caused unnecessary stress. On top of that, the resort feels overcrowded, and it’s often hard to find available spots at the beach.

Positive: The location is beautiful. It is situated in a picturesque part of the coast. While swimming in the sea, you can look out at the mountains and beautiful trees along the coast. The staff were welcoming. The beach is covered in small pebbles and is very clean. It was also quite convenient to have fridges with drinks near the beach, so you didn't need to go to the main building or bar for water. The shower in the room always worked well, with good water pressure and temperature. There was a kettle and tea in the room. The water slides were fun, even for adults. The food was OK. You could always find fish, poultry, meat and vegetarian options, but they were very similar from day to day.

Negative: The rooms are tired and do not live up to the 5* premium standard at all. There are scratches and signs of mould in the bathroom. We had a room in the main building with a sea view. The view is gorgeous and you can see the sunrise. However, be aware that the evening entertainment programme is also located on that side. The hotel programme usually finished around 11:30pm, but other nearby hotels could be loud much later. The soundproofing didn't help with this. The air conditioning is not silent either, so ear plugs might be needed. There's nothing to do outside the hotel area, but I guess it's the same everywhere. The tennis court is OK, but the rackets and balls need replacing.

I love the fact that property has great food, drinks, coffee shop, activities and amazing beach with blue marine clear water.
