Positive: The hotel is beautiful in general Friendly staff Buffet was very good different type of food and delicious Beverages available all day free

Negative: First of all , i had a little problem about the room When i booked through booking i choosed a family room concept with door in between But when i arrived they give me different one not like the photo shown on booking app However, I request to change the room and they accepted that and change it Second thing: as an ultra all inclusive, wifi should be free but you have to pay in the hotel for this service. But the price was affordable about 15 usd for 5 nights for 2 phones No electric kettle present in the room so if you wanna have something you have to go to the bar And its a Little bit problem when you have baby and you want to make them a milk at night Swimming pools not heated even the kid’s one Only the indoor pool

Positive: The hotel has a beautiful, large, and very well-maintained green territory. The beach is fantastic, clean, and there are always available sunbeds. The main restaurant was a highlight, offering a great variety of food with different themes in the evenings; the Oktoberfest night with a live band was particularly memorable. The staff in the kitchen and at the bar were hardworking and efficient. We were also very pleased that our request for a quiet room was honoured. As animal lovers, we were delighted to see that the hotel takes good care of the many cats living on the property. We also booked massage sessions, and it was great!

Negative: We were disappointed to find out that Wi-Fi is not free, which is unacceptable for a 5-star all-inclusive hotel in 2025. Many activities you'd expect to be free in an all-inclusive hotel (like tennis, pool or some other games) came with an extra charge. The housekeeping in the room was inconsistent; we had a persistent issue with getting our shower gel refilled, which took several days and multiple requests to resolve. There was also an unpleasant odour in the bathroom for the first couple of days. Also, the policy against taking food to the room was enforced in a very awkward manner.

Summary: A hotel with a fantastic territory and nice food but be ready for extra charges

Positive: I stayed here in early October 2025 for 10 nights. The value for money is excellent. If we had been given a renovated room right away, it would have been a solid 10 out of 10. The staff are very kind and welcoming — and that’s not always the case in Turkey, so it really stands out. The general atmosphere in the hotel is friendly. The guests are roughly half from European countries and half from Russia, but you don’t constantly hear Russian music, which is a big plus. There are many playgrounds and spaces for children. Entertainment is quite good; they even organised an Oktoberfest celebration. The food is also good; there’s always a variety of dishes, including meat and several types of fish. There’s a wonderful, large green area in front of the beach where you can relax in a hammock or on a sun lounger. Special thanks for the room cleaning. The room was not only cleaned thoroughly every day, but the bed linen and towels were also changed daily. The housekeeper was so attentive that she always chose the time while we were having breakfast, so every morning we returned to a spotless room right after breakfast. She clearly made an effort to fit the cleaning into that short time window, which was truly impressive. In conclusion I really liked the hotel and would be happy to return.

Negative: At first, we were given a room with an excellent sea view, but it had an ancient interior; everything about it evoked the past. However, after our persistent requests at the reception, we were given a room with modern renovation and a great view. Apparently, that’s the hotel’s strategy. Everything else was wonderful.

Positive: Lot's of green territory makes up for very pleasant surroundings. Food was good and varied, and with lot's of options to have snacks outside main breakfast-lunch-dinner times. Stuff was helpful and non-intrusive.

Negative: Some rooms apparently have very noisy air conditioning systems. Swimming pools were surprisingly chill as well, provided that was stayed there in early October, so mid-summer they are probably as hot as the sea.

Positive: Location, beach and staff. Especially we are impressed with Lizaveta from animation team, who is really passionate about her job. Her Zumba and Pilates outdoor made us feel wonderful, it was remarkable. Would like to note beach, which was always highly maintained as well as garden. And of course for us as animal lovers it was a pleasure to cuddle with cats, who are living in hotel area.
