The open concept living room, dining and sitting areas with white oak hardwood floors throughout. Fully furnished with a 55" Samsung Curbed Smart TV, fireplace, powder room, and a focal point Contemporary Chelf's kitchen (perfect for baking bread) and is equipped with all the basics: flutes for sparking cocktails and wines, and Marfa cabinets quartz counters, dish washer, island seating, and stainless-steel appliances. Small, cozy balcony off the kitchen. There are great restaurants in the immediate area dine-in and takeouts to go. I love the rooftop deck that overlooks the skyline of this great city. Unwind after a long day in an SPA-like bathroom with heated floors and floor to ceiling zebra blinds to help you get a good night's sleep. 2-car garage for domestic cars only(!!), no trucks or vans (!!). EV charger - level 2, tesla only. Please do not re-arrange furniture in home (!!).
