Negative: Noise, we could hear the footsteps from the other room A bit smelly Minutes before leaving they accuse as for stealing a towels which was certainly not true. The kitchen with was at the picture of the room was found to be a share one and could not use it.

Positive: This is the gold standard on how an agro guesthouse should be run. This whole place gives you an experience of Georgian hospitality in the countryside. The location is very rural with farm animals visiting. It’s very quiet at night (which is unusual for Georgia). The ladies that run the place are very warm and will do everything to make sure you feel comfortable. We had breakfast twice and dinner with wine twice - all the food was absolutely amazing and there is no way you can eat it all. On one night we had live music and on both nights we were lucky as Maja (the owner) hosted a group of German choir who sang beautiful Georgian music - it was an unforgettable experience. The room was very clean and smelled of freshness with a comfortable bed. You will hear people walking on floor upstairs but it didn’t bother us. To sum it up: it’s a rural guesthouse with a warm Georgian atmosphere, excellent food and hospitality on a top level. Best suited for people who like the countryside and a quiet location. If we ever visit that area again we will definitely stay there.

Positive: You are welcomed with here open arms and a warm heart. I absolutely loved the hospitality and warmth from Maiko. She made sure I had everything I needed for the night that I stayed. The area is calm and very peaceful. I was able recover here from the intense tour I had before checking in. I am a female solo traveler and I definitely recommend this place!
