Positive: Excellent place with wonderful staff at both the hotel and the restaurant. Breakfast was tasty — not a huge variety, but everything was fresh and more than enough; it seems many products come from their own farm. Bars and a pizzeria are about a 10-minute walk away. The room was good for the price, and the bed was quite comfortable. We really recommend this place and would gladly come back again. What could be improved: having disposable slippers and slightly more comfortable pillows would make the stay even better.

Positive: Beatiful place just a few kilometers from the Autostrade, short distance to Udine, Trieste or Venice. Nice playground outside for the kids and table soccer for grown ups included. Spacy, with free cooled water inside. Wifi worked well. We were lucky to arrive when the restaurant was open - the late dinner was excelent. Hats down for the owners who also work there. Local products on sale, including great wine and meat products. WIll get back I hope.

Negative: Can't think of anything right now. Perhaps the tv could be an inch or two bigger if one would like to enjoy it from the bed properly, but we didn't use it anyway.

Positive: Staff very accomodating and friendly despite language differences since I don't know Italian. Nice, clean room with huge bathroom. Super easy, calm and fun atmosphere in semi-rural area. Excellent parking space. Recommend.

Positive: Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Staff is super friendly, respectful and expert in handling guests. The whole area is well designed, properly decorated (we were here in December) and relaxing. Breakfast was more than enough there was a wide variety of choices. There were a lot types of local products like cheese, yogurt and wine and these are top quality items (we bought some to take these home because these were irresistible for our taste). Also unlimited amount of high quality coffee / cappuccino for the breakfast is a big plus in my case since I usually drink 5-7 coffees a day :). For the room there was daily cleaning even if it was absolutely not necessary. The rooms are well separated from the restaurant with a dedicated entrance and 3 doors. There were lot of things met our interests in 1-2 hr driving range so the location of the place is more than ideal for us. I can highly recommend this accommodation, we will return for sure.

Positive: I'm really thanksfull to the owners of this beautifull place! Though I don't speak italian - they did their best to help me and even translated the menu for me - so I've had amazing breakfasts and wonderfull real italian dinner!!! The place is really cozy, I've had a feeling that I stayed with family or friends, not a b&b, because everyone really cared for me to feel welcomed and comfortable!
