Positive: Cozy quite place, good location if you are traveling through the Italy. Very clean. Self service breakfast. Everything ok with water (if you afraid about any problems). Car parking include.

Positive: The hotel is really cosy and sweet. Its garden is beyond beautiful and very calm. The staff is really beyond helpful.

Negative: The only problem is the transportation: you should plan your trip ahead since there is no taxi in Codroipo.

Positive: Very nice location and nature around. We were transferring home, so only one night stay. Room, beds, sheets clean.

Negative: Shared toilet and shower with another room.. but ok.. it was not blocking us anyway.

Positive: A truly wonderful and peaceful place — I enjoyed every moment of my stay! Thank you to the owner for personally meeting us and showing us the apartments. He was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the start. The location is perfect: calm and surrounded by fresh air and greenery — an ideal spot to relax after the busy pace of cities like Venice and Trieste. The house itself is amazing, built with beautiful brick and wood, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms were full of their own character, and the kitchen was absolutely one-of-a-kind. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was prepared with care. I truly enjoyed the experience 100% and would love to return again.

Positive: we liked the garden, outdoor area, bathroom, mosquito net on the windows

Negative: WIFI did not work at night, but a restart of the router solved it in the morning. The single bed's mattress was wobbly, was afraid of falling of. Other guest's children were marching up and down on the stairs shouting in the late evening and the morning.

Summary: good night sleep in the country side, the host was accomodating
