Positive: First and foremost the staff were so lovely, always ready to help and greet you nicely everywhere you go. Compared to other all inclusive resorts, we really felt the value of that here. There was access to food drinks and snacks all throughout the day. We especially enjoyed the taka taka street food restaurant which also had an amazing ice cream bar accessible, the perfect treat for a beach/pool day. Generally the resort is very walkable, you can get anywhere you need easily. There are a few different restaurants you can book for dinner every day which are great, but we were also impressed with the selection at the main dining hall, every meal was diverse, with local fresh herbs and veggies from their own garden which was an added bonus! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a modern design, the ac in the main building worked very well to fight the summer heat. Our favourite thing ended up being the bar at the main lobby - every evening there was a different performance or activity, and the selection of the cocktails and mocktails was great. The area outside was always packed and it made every night feel special. Also, there is a bus right outside the hotel that gets you to the city center in about 20 minutes. It can get packed at the busy hours, but nice if you want to explore outside the hotel or do some shopping. Other than that we had no reason to leave the resort as it had everything we needed for our stay. The private beach was lovely, and you could even get free access to a canoe as an all inclusive guest. The main pool was also great, very clean and with easy access to the bar where you could get drinks, snacks, and of course more ice cream :) We also decided to get a massage at the spa and the ladies were very lovely, the treatments were relaxing and professional. Overall it was an amazing stay that exceeded our expectations!
Negative: Nothing major! Maybe just could’ve been nice to have a better selection of sodas and maybe somewhere to get a late night snack, but there’s grocery stores right outside which are open until late that resolved that for us! Additionally, we stayed one night in a bungalow before moving to a standard room in the main building, which we liked better than the bungalows. They’re great for families, but are slightly older in design and facilities. For a more luxurious feeling we recommend the standard double rooms :)

Positive: Das Personal war insgesamt professionell und freundlich. Allerdings wirkte das Hauptrestaurant bei voller Auslastung des Hotels etwas überfordert; es kam teilweise zu Platzmangel. Zwar gibt es zwei weitere Restaurants, deren Auswahl ist jedoch eher begrenzt, sodass man gerade mit Kind oft auf das Hauptrestaurant angewiesen ist. Auch die Auswahl beim Kindermenü könnte etwas größer sein. Die Pools, der Strand und die Sonnenliegen haben uns dagegen gut gefallen.
Negative: Wir sind als zwei Erwachsene mit einem einjährigen Kind gereist. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir den von uns gebuchten Bungalow nicht beziehen könnten, da angeblich keine Bungalow-Zimmer verfügbar seien. Stattdessen wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Meerblick als Upgrade angeboten. Auch wenn das grundsätzlich nett gemeint war, ging es uns weniger um ein Upgrade, sondern um ein für uns passendes Zimmer. Mit einem kleinen, sehr aktiven Kind sind beispielsweise Stufen im Zimmer eher unpraktisch. Eine klare Erklärung, wie es zu dieser Verwechslung kommen konnte, haben wir leider nicht erhalten. Nach einer Nacht im alternativen Zimmer und einem weiteren Gespräch mit den Verantwortlichen konnten wir ab der zweiten Nacht schließlich in den ursprünglich über Booking.com gebuchten Bungalow umziehen. In diesem Zimmer haben wir ebenfalls einige Mängel bzw. defekte Ausstattungsgegenstände festgestellt und dem Hotel gemeldet; ein Teil wurde behoben, ein Teil leider nicht, und wir haben uns letztlich entschieden, dem nicht weiter nachzugehen und unseren Urlaub einfach zu Ende zu genießen.

Positive: The hotel is amazing. We were upgraded to a newly removated suite in the 6XX area. Every detail was carefully thought out, with a mini garden and terrace for each suite. It was very close to the pool and quiet. The location is perfect, the beach is amazing and you can easily go out to shop (many shops in the street of the hotel) and visit the town. You can take the bus right in front. It is just perfect.

Negative: We thought we were getting a walk in shower per room description. What we got was a very tall tub with shower. My husband is 72 yrs old with 2 knee replacements. Getting in and out of shower was not easy. Also… bed was 2 twins pushed together. Not a fan. Only outlet in bathroom was attached to hairdryer and didn’t work so unable to use curling iron in bathroom.
Summary: Not happy with room but resort itself was awesome!

Positive: Beach front resort, with all utilities that you need. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurants inside the resort (Dolce Vita top!). Kids club in new building. Very clean. Car park inside the resort with serios security. All inclusive service good and nice variety of food, with plenty local options.
Negative: Nothing to do outside the resort. Poor area, aggressive traffic. Definitely need a car if you want to go out.

Positive: The staff is great and very helpful. The beach is nice though we did not get to enjoy it much. The room we had was well maintained and clean. There are also cats all around the hotel. The meals provided are very nice and the restaurants they have had great food.
Negative: Shower water pressure was a bit low, the towels were not very high quality (the beach towels they provide were though), and they had a lot of events with loud music that would go until 11pm, so going to bed early is not an option. They had gluten free options and could accommodate, but it could have been better for the buffets.
Summary: A lot of great amenities and a good location but small annoyances kept it from being our favorite place.
