Positive: An absolute gem of a place. Really enjoyed our stay and it is near halal eateries so food options were amazing! The private hot tub and sauna is a unique feature and the place was immaculately clean with basic necessities provided in the kitchen along with welcome biscuits and tea/coffee was available too.

Negative: Entrance directions could be a bit more clear on the check-in instructions on how to get into the apartment.

Summary: Great apartment just 10 mins from the central hub of Westbahnof station.

Positive: Very friendly staff, everyday texting us and asking if we are good and need anything. Very clean apartment with nice decoration. Nice sauna and jacuzzi

Negative: Can't find the reason jacuzzi and even sauna has timetable since it doesn't bother anyone especially sauna doesn't make any noise. For such a wonderful apartment I would like a better bed, perhaps remove both double beds and put a King size instead

Positive: The apartment is big and quite well connected

Negative: The spa makes a big noise, and one day the stuff came to fix a problem and left it turned off, so on the second day we could not use it because the water was cold and it was taking a long time to heat up. The apartment is very cold and the heating system was set off as well.

Positive: Location was nice. Well situated near public transit (which seems to be everywhere).

Negative: The apartment smelled of cigarettes and intensely of cleaning chemicals for a few days. There was also what appeared to be blood in a few places. The landlord had the place cleaned again but still disturbing.

Positive: The location for the tram or underground was very good. Close to Thaliastrasse on Line U6. The hot tub and sauna were a welcome addition to the apartment. Plenty of space and very quiet.

Negative: Some bed side lamps and instructions on the use of the TV and kitchen equipment would have been useful.
