The cosy and full equipped downtown apartment with Aircondition is tastefully designed by an architect and is perfectly located in the city center resp. in the heart of Vienna. The 65m² sunny apartment is vis a vis the famous “Theater an der Wien” and directly situated at the unique “Wiener Naschmarkt” – Vienna’s most famous market with very nice restaurants, bars and cafes - a fantastic hot spot of Viennese and oriental atmosphere! Every Saturday you can also join the “Flohmarkt” (Vienna’s biggest flee market).
Vienna’s top touristic attractions are very close to the apartment which is therefore the perfect location to explore the Viennese historical Centre (Distances e.g.: Viennese Secession 100 meter, Viennese Opera 300m, Museum-Quarter and Albertina Museum 300m, St. Stephens Cathedral 500m, etc). The next Underground Station is only 200m away. The largest pedestrian zones / shopping streets of Vienna (Kärtner Strasse, Mariahilfer Strasse) are 5 min to go.
Our 65m² air conditioned apartment with security door consists of the entrance area, one bedroom with a double bed, one living room with a big sofa which can be transformed into a double bed, a kitchen with dining, a bathroom and a separated toilet. Toilet and bathroom are separated from both rooms and not ensuite. Both rooms can also be entered separately (they are connected with a door). Apartment has blackout roller shutters, a big LG smart TV with international TV channels, Nespresso Cappucino Caffemaker and is sunny and quiet in an safe area.

Summary: This is one of the best vrbo experiences I have ever had. As a student traveling with three friends, we found this apartment absolutely perfect. It was so cozy and cute, and in a great location. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and a full kitchen even with a nespresso machine! Birgit and Jil were also extremely kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting Vienna.

Summary: Excellent location. Less than a minute to the mart, numerous restaurants. Very central to the sights that we wanted to visit…Belvedere palace, Schönbrunn Palace and grounds, and Kunkz museum. For us these were within walking distance and we are in our mid sixties

Summary: What a great place to stay in Vienna! So convenient to public transportation and the sites you want to visit. The unit is well stocked and extremely comfortable. Brigit was so easy to work with. If you ever visit Vienna I would highly recommend this place.

Summary: The apartment is amazing, close to all the items you wish to see. You can walk or take car, take train, with 15 minutes to food, entertainment. Brigid is great to deal with from booking, meeting us in person and letting us check in early. The apartment is well appointed and there is nothing more you need but time and a suitcase.

Summary: I loved the apartment. It was very comfortable, the rooms were large, nicely furnished and decorated. The location was great, right across from the Naschmarkt, where one can shop in the market stands or sit down for a meal or snack in one of many restaurants or cafes. It’s a fairly short walk into the inner city or to catch public transportation. The owner met me there when I arrived. He is super nice and showed me around the apartment.

Summary: Loved the location - so convenient. Easy walk to the U, Wein Mobile bike stand, 2 minute walk to Naschmarkt, easy walk to everything in Vienna. The apartment was large and stocked with everything needed. Rose, the housekeeper, met us when we arrived, showed us around the apartment, made sure we were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, plenty towels provided, everything was clean and worked well. There was an elevator to the fifth floor, which was great for our luggage, used the stairs mostly. Birgit & Wolfgang were very helpful, left lots of tourist info. They were also were good communicating. It was unusually hot in the city, Birgit made sure that we knew how the air conditioning worked and Wolfgang even offered to come by if we needed any help. We didn’t need any help, the AC was appreciated. We highly recommend the apartment and will stay here whenever we are in Wein.

Summary: This was a delightful place to experience Vienna. The apartment is stylish and comfortable. The hosts provided abundant information to help us decide how to spend our time and to manage staying in the apartment. The location is super right by the Naschmarkt with shops and restaurants and it is easy to get to the major museums and sights in central Vienna. Also, the hosts were extremely responsive to questions and travel plans. I strongly recommend this location.
