Positive: Everything was fantastic. The owner of the house went above and beyond to welcome us when we arrived and gave us tips for things to do on the island. The house is charming and has everything you need. The village exceeded our expectations, do not miss to book a table in the local restaurant To Asteri for sunset hour. You need a car but then the entire island is accessible to you.

Negative: Absolutely nothing, this was the perfect place.

Positive: This is an excellent choice if you want to visit Chios. The house is located at the very middle of a beautiful village, at the centre of the island. Its 2 mins walk from the two parking spaces of the village and the area is super quite and beautiful. The host had predicted everything that a modern traveller will need during their stay. Everything was clean and in order, comms with him very easy and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there.

Positive: Avgonyma is a great spot to spend your Chios vacation, assuming you have a car. Likno house is an old Genoavese stone building. It is nicely decorated and can easily accomodate four people. As a family of four, we have enjoyed it very much. The inkeeper Stelios is very nice and helpful. The kitchen is full-fledged. After having our quick home-made toasts in the morning for breakfast, we have headed to one of the nearby beaches. Lithi and Agia Dinami beaches are highly recommended.

Positive: The property is a very nice 2 level traditional stone house. Everything is well thought to the very detail and anything that would make our stay more comfortable, was there. It was very clean and cozy! Special mention for the very kind property manager who was always interested in our well being and made us feel like we were hosted by a good friend.

Negative: everything was fine. There is nothing negative to be said about the property.

Summary: a relaxing stay at a very nice property at a great location.

Positive: This house is in a quiet village called Avgonyma. The house has everything that you may need in your stay, well equipped kitchen and all amenities. As we are bored with standart hotel rooms we wanted to experience local living in a great atmosphere and this was our chance to stay here. Be careful, if you want noisy music, clubs or parties this will not be a good choice for you to stay in this village. This is for those enjoying having time with each other or by themselves. As we just wanted to be in a quiet, peacefull environment we loved the village and the house. If you are in the same opinion with us This is the best choice. The village is in a perfect location to explore the island and splendid beaches near the town. There is nothing negative about the house, we loved the house and owner of the house was a very kind person, we realized that we left our phone inside the house(as the owner is at the other Side of the island he wanted us to just leave the key and close the door ) but he left all his business and came for us. there were many free compliments, I believe you will be happy to choose here.
