Positive: The view was fantastic! Watching the sunset with the ocean splashing against the volcanic rock was breathtaking!
Negative: The building in some parts is starting to become a little run down but I still loved it

Positive: I enjoyed the stay in my Jacuzzi tub room. Food at resort was delicious. Plenty of hot water for tub. Quiet surroundings. Just a short distance from Yachats and nature!
Negative: I had expected ocean view and only got partial view. Which would have been ok but the light pollution from the cottage right outside the window on all night took away some of the ambience.
