Summary: New and clean. very nice and right upstair from food, drinks, and live music!

Summary: The walls have NO insulation and you can hear people talking, walking up down stairs and banging doors all hours of the night. Can also hear live music from band downstairs. We had a bad experience due to a couple fighting, in neighboring unit. They were getting physical and screaming, cursing with extreme vulgar language that my grandchild had to listen to and I had to call the police. The Wi-Fi is non existent for the units and we did not feel it appropriate to sit in the restaurant nor bar to try to get a signal. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Summary: We took a boat ride up the river and stayed in appilachicola for the weekend. It was a fun relaxing weekend. Location was ideal. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Good mix of industrial beachy-ness. :) It was a nice base to explore Apalachicola and the surrounding area. Only a few nits: bring eye mask as the room is a bit bright for sleeping and we never could connect to the internet (concrete walls block the signal, I suspect). Also, note that check out time is 10:00 am which is earlier than usual so we had to hustle to get out on time. But, those are small things - we enjoyed our stay overall.

Summary: The unit at the Scipio Creek Marina was a wonderfully convenient and well appointed spot for a getaway. We were upstairs from music, food and drinks and minutes away from the charm of downtown Apalachicola and the beautiful beaches of St. George Island. I would highly recommend a stay!

Summary: Scipio Creek Marina is the perfect location for getting to know Apalachicola. The accommodations are exactly as seen in the pictures. We loved the peacefulness of the sunrise from the docks and the steady arrival of Captains and their guests arriving for a day on the water. Equally as wonderful as the sunrise; the sunsets are not to be missed!! Grab a creekside table at Half Shell Dockside Restaurant & Bar and watch the boats return with their catch! (DO NOT be in a hurry eating here!!! They run on their own time! But the ambience is great!!!) The people, the restaurants, the shops of Apalachicola…. they do not disappoint. We look forward to our next visit.

Summary: Beautiful place , clean, quiet. Bar and restaurant on site nice and had some music playing in the evening so if you want complete quiet think twice. But we all enjoyed it !

Summary: We loved this place and highly recommend. It is beautiful and has a wonderful view. It is pet friendly, and easy to access. Note: If it is difficult for anyone in your party to climb stairs, this is not for you. In our case, it was no problem.

Summary: Everything was perfect. The realtor was friendly and helpful in trying to get us a replacement fishing trip when our trip was cancelled. It’s also walking distance to everything and right above a restaurant.
