Summary: nice historic town. The water is still an issue, not a lot of restaurants

Summary: The staff in the lobby was very helpful. There is no elevator to the second floor but they offered to have our baggage carried up. Also we did not get in till 8:45. The restaurant closed at 9:00 but they had no problem seating us and serving us. The food was wonderful. Great experience.

Summary: We loved the charming Inn. We had a room in the newly remodeled back Mansion and the room was small but very charming and bathroom was amazing. We loved the sitting rooms and AC was always very nice and cold. Our only complaint is room service never came over the 3 days we stayed. You have to ask and we did but they never came. New pool and spa coming also. Probably will go back

Summary: The property is very old and didn't feel clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. Looking forward to the new addition.

Summary: Great old time look like what one might imagine an older southern large house would feel like. Locals patronize the bar and it's a genuine small town vibe. Room was on the small side but quite nice. Quaint common areas to hangout in. Keep in mind if you book on Expedia it's essentially a reservation and you have to pay when you get to the hotel.
