Summary: What a spectacular place.. the Acajou & Grand Riviere. Everywhere was clean and well kept, staff were super helpful and the food at the restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was excellent. Couldn’t fault it.

Summary: I love the property, waking up to nature was just what I needed. Was a bit concerned, as the locals walk through the property as a short cut to and from the beach. Questioned my safety being that the latch on the back door wasn’t the most sturdy. Another, concern was the path to the beach wasn’t in the best condition, cleanliness, clear path. Had to request for my room to be clean as the dust on the fans, table, and behind the toilet started to thicken and caused my allergies to flare up. Also, there was mold in my refrigerator. I mention these mishaps not to condemn Acajou hotel but as constructive criticism to do better. All the issues were rectified by a wonderful house keeper named Natasha. She extremely thorough at her job. While I’m mentioning staff, I can not forget, Jada, my breakfast server who always went above and beyond. And then there was Kim, who kept everything running smoothly. I’m so happy I found this hidden gem. My new home away from home💙

Summary: Kim and Kelly thank you so much for your kindness and care. Excellent service daily and the food was outstanding. Compliments to the chef! The coconut bake and buljol (salt fish), the coconut cream king fish is still lingering on my taste buds. This place offers peacefulness, and quiet surrounded by nature was surreal. However, the invitation to share a birthday meal with (curry chicken and goat) with their friends and family! Unforgettable! Thank you so very much and see you again!
