Summary: Me and my family had a awesome stay at the sunflower villa. The property manager Dana and the housekeeper were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely say it this properly again. I love the area.

Summary: Sunflower exceeded our expectations and then some! The villa is immaculately clean and welcoming! You have everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with all pots, pans and utensils. The rooms are very well put together. The bathrooms are also fantastic. The pool and outdoor area was my favorite space. Very relaxing. The nieghbourhood is also excellent. Quiet and very safe. Tucked away from the more busy areas if you are looking to unwind without much fuss. We were a party of 11 including teenagers and everyone had their space. The wifi is also excellent as i was able to work and the kids on their devices. The villa caters for everything you need on your vacation and it does not leave anything to be desired. The host and housekeeper are very friendly and contacted us throughout to keep in touch and make sure every thing was ok. We will definitely be back!

Summary: I do not usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to leave a review after my stay at the Sunflower Villa. My family and I had one of the most amazing time at this Villa. Everything was as expected and as advertised. Lots of space, great AC, and everything worked the way they were supposed to. It was that time of the season, and the mosquitoes were out, so just make sure to walk with repellant. We felt very safe, the neighborhood was very relaxing, and the beautiful foliage was refreshing. Enjoyed the pool that was cleaned daily, and all the other amenities. The only minor suggestion for the host is to more bath towels available upon request. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Thank you, Crystal, for your hospitality.

Summary: We had the best time at this villa. It was clean, organized, and looked just like the pictures that were shown online. Everyone was comfortable at the house. The only complaint I had was that the mattresses on the beds were not the most comfortable. Other than that I would definitely recommend the villa especially if you are staying with a large group

Summary: This property is as advertised, clean, updated and well layed out with its open Floor plan. My family and I had a wonderful stay and my two old grandson loved the pool ( we also did). I would definitely stay there again without hesitation and recommend it 100% to any prospective vacationers. I might also add the community is very safe with it’s 24 hour security.

Summary: This was one of those properties where the actual experience exceeded expectations generated from marketing photographs. And there was nothing wrong with those photos, it's just that homeliness has to be felt rather than seen. Every member of our party had nothing but praise for the property. Immediately, I walked through the door, I felt completely at home: no sense of imposing on someone else's space; the house just said, 'Welcome!' The property is very well maintained and presented. The appliances were all of a high quality. The gardens and pool were beautifully presented. The house is in a gated community, which, for me, is not necessarily an attraction, but in this case it worked very well. On arrival, we all had to show some form of ID, so be prepared. You can walk to a couple of local shops for small every day necessities. If you want to do a larger shop then you need access to some kind of transportation. We hired a maxi taxi for our day trips and picked up our supplies at the end, on the way home. This worked well for us. There are a few housekeeping rules, nothing too onerous. It would have been better if these were communicated in written form, rather than being given verbally on arrival. These together with local advice and contact for housekeeper, medical servives, taxis, eateries, etc. could have been made available in a guest folder. Overall, a wonderful highly recommended villa. I just hope that whenever we come back we can still get a booking.

Summary: Beautiful house. Pics do not fo this place justice. Spacious rooms, we were a large group but never felt crowded. Pool was a hit with my kids. Host responded quickly to any questions I had and was super helpful.
